Hey there are a lot of non-integer time zones in the world. They include a lot of the world’s population, like 20%.
How about allowing the manual entry of non-integer time zones please? Or just include them all in the drop down.

First time this has come up. Allowing entry of a fractional time zone is only the tip of the iceberg. It’s used extensively in internal integer arithmetic, so would require going through the entire source and converting to higher resolution units like seconds.
I’ll keep it in mind.
@avp , would the ability to specify half hour offsets satisfy your needs?
