btw… I wonder if the DL-CT08CL5 CT’s are worth adding to the IoTaWatt CT selection list (in later updates) since they are quite inexpensive compared to other CTs? Also, they cover a higher amperage and the DL-CT08CL2’s are quite hard to find now anyways.
The DL CT08CL2 appear to be exactly the same animal as the HWCT004. They are indistinguishable both physically and electrically.
I have one DL CT08CL5. They are 2000:1 and tested OK to at least 65A. That was the limit of my old tester. Next time I’m doing testing with the new unit, I’ll give it a pass and add a table entry. Previous tests data indicates very low shift.
