So I’m finally going to permanently mount my setup in a sprinkler box. Is it safe to just unplug the CT from the iotawatt for a few minutes to re-route them? Mostly worried about some sort of shock from the unplugged phono ends.
I’m reading how the better ones have TVS protection built in, but I’m not sure about the couple cheaper SCT-013-000’s that I have in use.
Or does it only matter if they are unplugged for an extended period of time?
