I’m new here.
I’m an Italian Mechanical Engineer just landed on the energy monitoring planet to log data from my new house electrical systems.
I’ve just purchased my Iotawatt and everithing is fine in local.
I’m trying to upload data on Emoncms. The input appeared on my page and the values displayed are ok but under “updated” column all the Iotawatt channels are “inactive”. What should i do to solve this issue?

Maybe nothing. If you are uploading history, Emoncms will show input as inactive until the data is quite recent, like a few days. If that’s the case, you will see the values changing even though it continues to say inactive.
If you post a screenshot of your IoTaWatt status display with the Emoncms tab opened, we can see if it’s updating and the date of last update.
If you post the message log, I can see other details that might provide insight.
