just recently installed my system two days ago and seemed to being working fine.
was able to program all inputs, then when i started to setup the outputs things went
downhill.
was able to create two outputs and now when i try to make a change or
add a third output the dashboard is non responsive.

No idea. What is the state of the LED on the IoTaWatt? Are you able to run the config app? Can you post any screenshots to describe what you mean by non-responsive?
It is pulsing green. Unfortunately I am unable to replicate issue again, system
appears to be working correctly at this time. will capture screen shots it it happens again.

Try hitting the cancel button when looking at most UI options.
