Hi there, i have just installed an IotaWatt system and i am having problems getting a refernce voltage. I have used two different VTs and still get O.Ovolts reference. I have tried a 9v and a 12v transformer. Am i missing something at configuration?
As a diagnostic procedure, can you try using one of the other two voltage inputs with the 9V reference. They are channels13 and14. Just plug the VT into one of them and configure that channel as the VT to see if you get a voltage reading.
Can you also tell me your order number?
Are these AC Voltage Transformers?
