Problem with Graph+ showing zero - resolved

The same thing just happened to me for one output. The values are correct on the Status page but the graph shows zero. Looking back in the graph, this started on February 6, which happens to be the same day that I had this weird behavior. Just before the zeroes start, there was a weird value of -79 Gigawatts. Before that time, there is no data.

Before I try clearing the log, I wanted to see if you want to see any diagnostic to find out what caused this.

Im not convinced you have a datalog problem. Can I see your outputs setup and any integrator you have setup please? Also, can you show the status display with the datalogs tab expanded?

Does the log get erased when you pull the power? I tried that while troubleshooting on Feb 6.

No, but the datalogs were (re)created around that time. I’d need to see the message log covering 2/6/2023 at 9:15:25 to offer any guess as to why.

I think the problem with the first query entry has to do with the datalogs being recreated but the integrator was not. If you delete the integrator and recreate, that should go away (but your integrator will start from 24 hours before the time you recreate it).

It’s possible I cleared the log on that day while troubleshooting, I don’t remember. Here’s the log, there is nothing newer than this:

I just recreated the integrator and now it’s showing zero for both import and export, even on the status page.

It was still integrating. When the end date/time of Grid Log matches the end date/time of Current Log, it will be available.

Ah ok, yes it’s working now. So it sounds like this problem happened because I cleared the Datalog but did not recreate the integrator?

That’s right. The datalog delete pre-existed integrators and TBH there needs to be some work done to also delete the integrator logs.
