You can do that. Couple of things:

  • Ev3n in donate mode, you may hit the hourly rate limit for uploads. Not a problem,it will just wait until the hour and resume until done. The status display will say as much.

  • After the upload completes, be sure to blank out the upload history date so it doesn’t do it after every restart.

It sends zero consumption when you are exporting power rather than a negative number.

PVOutput up and running. It’s a great tool for visualization and data collection.
PV at my panel never matches that of the inverter software. That’s why I wanted the IoTaWatt. I’m interested in what hits the panel and what is consumed and exported.

All working fine now.
