300’ is a very long distance for the low level signals from a current transformer. Since it is a current based signal, you might be able to get good results, but it is still a not good idea. Procuring 300’ of cable is not cheap. You probably should run it in conduit depending on the environment it’s running in. It would probably be better to just get another iotawatt for that site. Going that distance it is usually better to have galvanic isolation or you can have issues with lightening and other stuff.

They have 1.5M cables with what I believe is code compliant insulation. I also have some UL recognized CTs with better quality cable that may be 300V, I’ll ask the manufacturer about that.

Really looking forward for that, will be needing about 6 more CTs, the 50A version as 10A or 16A is the most common fuse size in Sweden (230V 16A 3-phase is what my house is connected to).
