02_05_06 ALPHA and BETA auto-update

This release is follow up to an mDNS issue discovered 02_05_05. In addition to resolving that problem:

Allows duplicate measurement names in influxDB configuration.
Combines like measurements to influxDB.
Use cloudflare CDN for jquery.flot.time.js
