I installed the IotaWatt and configured WIFI.
Everything looked fine.
But the 9V reference voltage is always zero.
In the statistics the Hz is way to high, over 1000 Hz.
I’m in Switzerland. We have 240V and I am using the Ideal DE-06-09.
What am I doing wrong?

It looks like a defective AC adapter, but could be other things as well. Since I didn’t sell it, and I have not sold any to Megni since last year, I don’t know if this is one of my units. I don’t mind helping you regardless, but I’d like to know what I’m dealing with. I sent you a private message to get more information.
