Not sure what has happened, but my home screen is blank. I have port forwarded and assigned a DNS to my device and included the link hereunder ( directly to the log ). Everything seems to be working fine , bar the actual menu is missing… Please help.

I removed the link above and sent you a PM about that.
The index.htm file was blank. I fixed that. Looking at your log, I see some issues:
You seem to have three VTs configured but only one is active. I would recommend that you remove the other two or activate them so they actual;ly show voltage. I think that is causing the occasional restarts.
Also, you have V!-V3 outputs defined which are the same names as your voltage inputs. That is confusing Graph+. You should change the outputs to unique names.
