Bran new unit but no wifi signal

Hello

Tonight I physically installed my unit and plugged it in for the first time, I am getting a red led and I cannot find any wifi portal to begin setup. I tried replugging the 5v a few times to no avail, is there another step I can take to get it going?

If the LED is solid red, you should send it in for diagnosis and repair. What was the order number and when was it purchased?
