Our Iotawatt installation does not start capturing data. The current time appears to be Jan 1, 1970, so I assume that the device can not connect to the external time server, due to very strict IT rules in the network. Can we change the UTC server in the config to use the own local UTC server to correctly set time of the Iotawatt?
There is no provision for changing the time server in the current firmware. It is set to time.google.com.
If you have a network name server, possibly you can masquerade the local server as that.
Someone had also reportedly set their network to intercept the time server UDP/port although I don’t have any details.
