Hi everyone,
My name is Joel, and I’m part of the CircuitIQ team. First, thank you all for your patience while we worked through IoTaWatt hub manufacturing and the logistical challenges of international shipping.
We’ve now secured a fulfillment partner, which will make international shipments smoother and should help eliminate duties and overcharged tariffs errors that some customers have experienced especially on U.S.-bound orders shipped via UPS.
All backlog orders have been provided to our fulfillment partner and are currently in transit. They also have approximately 50 Pro Kit units in stock at their warehouse. Going forward, orders will ship on a weekly basis, with a target of roughly 10 days from order to delivery. For now, we’ll only be offering the Pro Kit to keep fulfillment as simple and reliable as possible.
Orders can be placed at www.circuitiq.ai. If you have any questions about logistics or ordering, feel free to contact me directly at joel@circuitiq.com.
Thanks again,
Joel

Shipping is pretty steep at $45 to the US.
As I understand it they are working with a US fulfillment provider to mitigate the shipping and tariff expense. Looking for an update on the new shipping cost are with this arrangement.
Hope @CircuitIQ updates this thread when the that happens.
Hi @orangegecko. We very recently changed the shipping rates to 40CAD/30USD (dependent on order size). The current international shipping rates have been steadily rising with all providers, we are doing our best to make it as economical as possible for our customers.
Please note that the shipping also includes brokerage fees (not duties/tariffs) which also drives up the cost as well. Thank you for your comment, all the best.

@CircuitIQ, good to see that it has now updated. Showing $27 for shipping on 1 unit. Thanks.
Wanted to add a follow up note here that we do actively ship to USA, Canada and Australia through our website. Apologies for not clarifying this.

Hi Adam,
Yeah unfortunately the shipping costs to Australia have been very high. I am discussing with our logistics partner tomorrow to see if we can bring the costs down or possibly even hold a large quantity at a warehouse down in your part of the world. It may be a bit before we can get it done, but hoping to have a more economical option for you soon. I will be sure to update once we have a resolve. In the meantime, feel free to reach out at joel@circuitiq.com if you have any further questions. Best regards.
