I simply wanted to get on the forums and address a few things regarding American orders specifically.
Firstly, it looks like the upcoming tariffs will not have an impact on the IoTaWatt Kits as the HTS number is not listed on the official schedule of affected items. If this changes, in any way, we will update here.
Secondly, we wish to apologize for any shipping delays. There has been a series of lost USA orders over the past two months, and we are in contact with our shipping partner in order to identify the root cause.
We just want to assure you all that lost orders will be replaced free of charge and we will work as quickly as possible to rectify it.
