Constantly rebooting when uploader enabled

Hi, I recently enabled the InfluxDB v2 uploader on my IoTaWatt. Wanted to save the long term data somewhere. Everything was chugging along slowly as I was trying to upload all the data from the beginning of February until now. Last night my IoTaWatt just stared constantly rebooting, unless I stopped the uploader. Its stuck uploading in June.

Wondering if this is the same issue as Constant rebooting - resolved - #2 by overeasy

** Restart **

It looks like there is a problem with your datalog at that point. I would suggest setting the upload from date a day ahead (June 5) and restarting the IoTaWatt to try to get past the problem.

Setting it to June 5th seems to have worked. I’m assuming that if it keeps working it’s just some corruption in the file. Will try moving forward in time if I run into this again. Also assuming that some file corruption doesn’t necessarily indicate SD card failure, as long as its not happening a ton.

Started crashing at two other points in the datalog. One of which was this past sunday. It this enough that I should be concerned and replace the SD card or is some corruption normal?

Without knowing how long the card has been in service or any other history of the unit, I would say that it would be prudent to replace the card. In the process, you should leave the old datalog and history logs behind.
