I’m also tinkering with that small Hahn transformers and same HiLink 3.3v power source. And wondering are my issues down to that lightweight transformer, or there is something else going on.
Doing testing with 75w incandescent light . With Generic 240v I get values way too low and with a strange PF:
Amps seem to be kind of OK 223.70.341=76w
So went on to /command?vtphase=2
and /command?vtphase=1
which gives me number anywhere between ~-24.1 and ~-24.8 (HWCT004 are my CTs)
So setting phase shift to ~25 as described here IotaWatt Voltage and Phase Reference AUS - #16 by overeasy gives me kind of more correct values, yet the PF is not there and VAR is nowhere near 0
The obvious answer I guess - go buy a good transformer and test with that. But perhaps there is something else off, and it would be waste of money?
The shunt I’m using is LM4040B25FTA
