I have this IotaWatt chart for daily energy usage for the last 30 days, but I cannot see how to display a number for total kilowatt-hours. My electric company says the total energy usage for the last 30 days is 771 kWh.

KYou’re almost there. You have retrieved the individual daily kWh totals for the period. There are two ways that I can think of offhand to get the total:
You can click the “Show CSV” button to copy and paste those daily values into a spreadsheet to add them up.
You can simply plot kWh for the entire period and use the “diff” number from the detail line
