I am trying to access a download feature which is always on the Graph+ user interface if the base unit. Unfortunately I cannot see it. The download feature was present on this interface sometime back. How do I update my base unit to access this functionality?
The download button for CSV data is included in release 02_05_02. That release is current for auto-update class ALPHA, BETA, and MINOR. You can set your auto-update class in the setup->device menu.
