I don’t know. Emoncms is developed and supported by the folks at Open Energy Monitor in the UK. You would do better to ask on their forum at OpenEnergyMonitor Community

Thank you. Just to confirm, I don’t need a server to collect data. I can just let the device collect data and then look at it using the browser on my computer?

Yes. In fact, there is more data at highest resolution available directly from the IoTaWatt.

There is no reseller network. I offer quantity discounts to vendors who install IoTaWatt as part of their core business. If you want to order in quantities of 10 or more, you can PM me about it.
