Hmmm. It looks like the integration datalog is damaged. There is no recovery for that. If you can remove the SDcard, you can try deleting the file at /iotawatt/integrations/grid.log.
There was a bad batch of SDcards discovered after some 300 were shipped. If you got the unit from the USA, what was your order number. If you bought it from a local source, it probably had one of the bad cards. You should consider replacing it in any event.
Hi, got my first IotaWatt yesterday - I’m loving the concept but I think I might have a slightly defective unit.
On first setup, I got it connected and booted up fine, wifi configured and connected but on the next restart I got a GRR. Took the sdcard out, it reads fine in my laptop, plugged everything back in - still GRR and I could see it connect not as “IotaWatt” but as “ESP-C1D998” but same IP as previously.
Took the card out again to check the logs a little more carefully, but couldn’t see…
Sometimes it becomes necessary to remove the microSD card. You may need to replace it or look at the message log if the device isn’t working, or maybe you want to back up the datalogs. Power down the IoTaWatt by removing the USB power plug and AC reference plug.
If mounted to a wall, remove the mounting screws.
Remove the four Philips head screws in the back.

It can become necessary to build a new SDcard. This post describes how to do that. IoTaWatt uses a microSD card, formatted to FAT32. New units use a 8GB level 10 card. Any card 4GB-32GB level 4 or 10 will work fine.
Obtain a new microSD card or reformat an old card to FAT32.
Download the SD files from github SD directory
If using windows, this link will downlod the files into a .zip file.
Copy the files to the root of the SDcard.
If you were able to salvage the config.txt file from the ol…
