Last March I bought Carbix Smart Energy Monitor from Amazon, as it was based on IotaWatt. This week I opened it to set it up and everything went well, except the company disappeared from the planet. No reference to them, no support.
Since it’s open source and it’s based on IotaWatt, and open hardware, I’m assuming I should be able to swap the microSD card with the latest IotaWatt build and ready to go. Anyone else went through this any other suggestions?
The device doesn’t have any screws, so I’m thinking of prying it open.
