influxDB code 404 with release 02_05_07 - Resolved

Hi @overeasy – just wanted to report an influx bug in 2_05_07 – I rolled back to major _02 and its working again.

I can attach the config as well if its useful, but the “404” suggests to me something else is going on. I haven’t done a packet capture there yet, letting it do a backfill of the last few days it missed.

I’d like to hook in here. I first reported the same bug on github and now created my forum account

Have you already found a solution for the problem for Matt?

Out of curiosity i just updated to the latest alpha and still have the same issue.
Also, changing from the hostname to the IP address does not have a positive impact.

I quickly tried to analyze which url you finally call with which query so i could try it from my local machine, but i did not fully understand the code on github.

Let me know if i can help anything more.

Ok. I had time to play and I think i found it

Finally it was the trailing slash in the URL…

I have now “HTTP://diskstation.local:8086” and it seems to work. I will let it run for some time and see if my continous queries are building correctly.
