Planning installation of my recently-purchased IoTaWatt.
The house has a backup generator. Some branch circuits of interest are served by the generator. My tentative plan is to power the IoTaWatt from the generator panel and install CTs in both the generator and main panels. This would allow a slightly more complete record. Not a major concern, since power is rarely out.
Any issues / considerations for a setup that includes a generator?
