I have two iotawatt that have performed flawlessly over the years. I couldn’t be happier with the device as it does exactly what it’s supposed to. I want some more but it looks like that’s questionable if it will happen in North America. Is this project dead? I came to buy more a couple years ago and it looks like nothing has changed 
As an open source energy monitor it’s still very active, but they are no longer being manufactured by the creator. There are potential alternative manufacturers but none active at this time. However, there are currently some unused units for sale here:
