Newbiew question about CT

Hi,
I bought iottawatt few weeks ago and in absence of any electrician I could find, I am planning to install it myself.

I wanted to find something about the CT. If the CT is 50A then does that mean i can monitor a breaker or a set of breakers < 50A total load ?

also my breaker has some breakers which are 2x60A for furnace or 2 x 35A for AC and stuff, does this mean that i require a a CT >120A and a CT > 70A for AC ?

This is for US, i can share my breaker picture if needed or a diagram for it.
