Outdoor installation and heat?

We have the main panel on a wall outside, thankfully a north facing wall - but it still gets up to 110 deg F ambient in the hot Texas summers. I plan on installing one unit in a box outdoors. Is this going to be ok? or does the iotowatt have a chance of overheating?

Should be OK. Paint the box white.

How about cold? I live in NE Lower Michigan and want to mount IoTaWatt in a weatherproof enclosure next to the HVAC panel. We get below 0F sometimes in the winter.

Anecdotally my meter is on an outbuilding and I have had an IoTaWatt out there for several years. Northern New England. It doesn’t seem to get as cold as it used to but we typically see below zero F for a few nights in January and February.
