Wish I had read this first. I have just ordered off smatguys.com.au for konnected.io product and ordered the wrong one. Thought no problem I will email them and get it chnaged. No reply to email. No reply from online contact. You have all said their stuff terms up , but I hate to think how I and going to return it if you cannot get any response out of them. I am going to update konnected.io as well and maybe they can kick them in the ass for everyone.
Hi folks, because of the radio silence of Smart Guys Australia, I’m also getting some questions from people who want to order just some extra CT’s. I’m providing the Iotawatt energy monitor to Europe, but I don’t want to keep a stock of CT’s and take the risk of not selling them in the end. I just did not want the availability of this great product to end, so I started to do the supply of Europe, but only in full sets (module+5V+9V+14 CT’s) or bigger custom orders with custom number of CT’s (up to 600A).
From me, shipping is expensive, as you’ll pay for my time, I hate the ‘free shipping’ attitude webshops are offering. I like to pay for people’s time and expect them to respect paying for mine.
I feel all your pain, but just cannot offer to ship separate CT’s accross the world. I only keep full sets in stock and offer to ship them to Europe through my webshop www.kermtstroomt.be/shop.
I hope @Smartguysoz will reset their communication and commitment to the energetic Iotawatt community! We need everyone to change everything!
