This release is an interim release nearly identical to 02_08_00 but with the older 2.4.0 ESP8266/Arduino core to avoid a problem associated with the SD cards in some newer units.
This release also incorporates a fix where the PVoutput uploader was not restarting correctly after hitting a Rate-Limit while uploading history.
