So quick update.
Its been slow as I have had a few back issues and been in and out of hospital but we have some changes.
Significant Changes are:
- Mains board has been cleaned up - 2 new smart meters (3 Phase + Solar and a seperate controlled load or off peak meter). General cleanup of some wiring and 2 GPOs installed for Phases A/C
- Air Conditioning has been replaced with a new unit and now works without upsetting anything else
- Hot Water Replaced
- New Solar - about 10kw SolarEdge Single Phase System on house and 14kw Fronius 3 Phase on Garage
- Additional IoTawatt installed at Garage Electrical board
- Starting to monitor as of today and logging via private hosted emoncms.
- All my graphs/dashboards need revisiting/fixing but I will do this once I have a weeks data.
A Sample Screenshot is below - this is early morning and the solar hasn’t woken up yet. We are using the Grid as our “battery” as that made most sense with our purchase/sell costs almost equal.
Grid is the Total of my 3 Mains Phases
Grid Cons and Grid Prod are calculated separately so I can determine:
- What solar was produced when and where (House/Garage)
- What we were able to use
- What went back to the grid (GridProd)
- What we needed to get from the grid (GridCons)
