Unable to connect WiFi setup

I am moving my IotoWatt to a new house. It had worked fine in my old house. When I plugged it in, I got the correct red-green-green led sequence and could connect to the iota SSID but when I entered the IotaWatt password it would not complete the connection as if the password was wrong. I do not believe I ever changed the password and tried to connect with both my phone and a computer. Is there a way to hardware reset the IotaWatt? Thanks

My first guess is that you previously changed the default name (IotaWatt) of your unit. If that is the case, the password to connect when configuring WiFi will be the changed name. From the docs:

Connect to it using a smartphone or tablet. Use the password IotaWatt (case sensitive). If the device was previously configured and the device name was changed, that new name will be the password required in this step.

Unfortunately, I did not reset my WiFi connection prior to leaving my old house and no longer have access to my old SSID. Since I now cannot connect to the IotaWatt, I can’t get to the menu to reset the WiFi password. That is why I am looking for a method to hardware reset the IotaWatt.

Did you change the default name of your unit?

That was the problem. I had 2 mains coming into my old home and had set up one IotaWatt on each panel. I had to change the name of the second unit to IotaWat1 so that I could access both independently. When I used the password IotaWat1 it worked fine. I didn’t realize that changing the name would also change the password. Thanks so much.
