For closure I just wanted to point out to anyone reading this thread that there is no notion of anything “freezing”. Throughout these events, the integrator worked as designed and was always current. There is some problem with specifying query ending dates in the future, and that seems to be the source of the reported problem.
Query itself has no hystereses. It is a C++ object that is instantiated new for each query.
