This sounds like the channel 0 input plug has been broken from the PCB. Try to configure input 13 or 14 as the VT and connect it to one of the corresponding three-phase VT inputs on the back of the unit. Be sure to remove any CT inserted into the corresponding CT channel.

If you see voltage on the alternate channel, it is probably the input jack broken loose. If you want to try heating up the four pads with a soldering iron until the solder flows, that will probably fix the problem. If you want to just send it back I’d be happy to fix it.

Please use your order number, 127492, as the RMA and send to:

Thank you for the prompt reply. It seems that the system has spontaneously returned to its normal functioning without any action on my part. I will continue to monitor it closely.

@overeasy, This morning, I encountered an issue with the power sensor in my Home Assistant. It displayed as “unavailable,” so I attempted to access iotawatt.local, but there was no response. Despite restarting the system multiple times, I had no success. Consequently, I inspected the LED indicator, and it continuously blinked red. Upon consulting the documentation, it became evident that I need to return this unit. Therefore, I’m reaching out to seek your permission to return and replace the item.
