IoTaWatt LED Flashing Green

I just installed my IoTaWatt and it worked for about a day and a half. the LED is flashing green every second or two. I cannot ping it anymore. here is the serial data.

IoTaWatt Serial.txt (13.2 KB)

This is my first time posting on a forum, so I hope it’s not too bad.

Thanks

Looks like a watchdog timeout maybe?

Yes, it’s the software watchdog timer. The trace indicates that it’s chasing its tail trying read or json parse the config.txt file. Did this start while you were making changes to the config?

You seem to know how to connect a serial monitor, so if you would like to try removing the SDcard, renaming the config.txt to configx.txt and renaming config-1.txt to config.txt, the unit may startup.

Alternatively, I can send you a return label and I’ll fix it.

I have the SD card; it is saying the file or directory is corrupted and unreadable. would you have an image that I can try rewriting it?

Thanks

Just put these files in the root directory of a clean SDcard.

root.zip (123.3 KB)

That did work. I am now getting a Green, Red, Red. I can read the files on the card. It ran for about a week.

What was your order number?

It was Order #127667
